Crystal V2 Challenge Patch
The new 16-bit home of Squidgy's Crystal challenge modes, quality-of-life settings, and expanding roster of backported Pokémon.

- Fixed the Early Bike option so the Bicycle is granted and removed reliably, including on older saves.
- Added verified patches for both English Crystal v1.0 and v1.1 ROMs.

Backported Pokémon
The current branch contains the complete Generation III roster and additional later-generation experiments. The Backport Dex is rebuilt from the same source data as the ROM, so the visible stats and learnsets follow the selected build.
